UPDATE: Fire damages outbuilding at The Docs Inn

UPDATE: A fire early Monday at The Doc’s Inn, 985 Avenue of the Cities, Silvis, was in an outbuilding that housed some of the equipment that the restaurant uses, according to Silvis Fire Chief John E. Winters. The fire was contained to that building and did not get into the main structure, Winters told Local 4 News later Monday.  A cause has not yet been determined.
